BGL Managing Director Anthony Delfre, who leads the firm’s Real Estate Advisors team, is quoted in an article published by Crain’s Cleveland Business entitled, “Erieview Tower’s new Marriott-branded era is taking shape.”

In the article, Anthony highlights the importance of the redevelopment project to the Northeast Ohio region. BGL’s Real Estate Investment Advisors team served as the financial advisor to Kassouf Development in financing the project.
