BGL Announces the Sale of EnviroServe to Savage Services

Chicago/Cleveland | March 13, 2018 – Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (“BGL”) is pleased to announce the sale of EnviroServe, to Savage Services (“Savage”). BGL’s Environmental & Industrial Services team served as the exclusive financial advisor to EnviroServe in the transaction. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
