BGL is committed to supporting and recruiting high-quality college students for both our Summer Analyst and Analyst programs. While we actively recruit at select Midwest universities, we open our application process to students across the nation.
Our Summer Analyst program is intended for those entering their final year of undergraduate study. Students apply for this role during their sophomore year of college.
We aim to fill our Analyst program with returning summer analysts. If additional analysts are needed, those roles will be posted on our Careers Site and current seniors are encouraged to apply.
Our Summer Analyst internship program is designed for rising seniors to gain knowledge and experience in the investment banking industry in a robust and structured program.
Our Analyst program brings together recent graduates from investment banking and finance programs at top universities throughout the country. The program kicks off with a two-week training period where Analyst Is get the opportunity to learn alongside one another and our bankers as well as our expert training partners.
After submitting your application, you will hear back from our recruiting team, should there be a fit.
The second step in the process is a virtual interview for us to get to know you, confirm the information on your application, and discuss the details of the program as well as our firm.
Qualified candidates will meet with our bankers to discuss their experience through a behavioral and technical lens.
For Analysts and Summer Analysts, we currently recruit for our Chicago and Cleveland Offices.
The following teams are located in each office:
