BGL Real Estate Partners Announces the Sale of the Real Estate Portfolio Leased and Occupied by Swagel Wootton Hiatt Eye Center

Cleveland, OH – June 14, 2018 – Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the sale of the real estate portfolio that is leased and occupied by Swagel Wootton Hiatt Eye Center totaling approximately 25,340 rentable square feet (the “Properties” or “Portfolio”). BGL’s Healthcare Investment Sales team served as the exclusive advisor to the sellers in the transaction.

The Properties are located in Mesa and Chandler, Arizona, which are both approximately 20 miles east of downtown Phoenix. The Portfolio’s tenant, Swagel Wootton Hiatt Eye Center, occupied 100% of the total 25,340 square feet. The Centers are a premiere ambulatory surgical center providing optical care to the Greater Mesa and Chandler area. The proximity to medical centers, as well as the variety of ophthalmology providers and specialists that practice within the Portfolio, provides a reliable referral program and improved convenience and satisfaction for patients.
