BGL Announces the Recapitalization of TAS Environmental Services

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the recapitalization of TAS Environmental Services L.P. (TAS) by Blue Point Capital Partners IV (Blue Point).  BGL’s Environmental & Industrial Services team served as the exclusive financial advisor to TAS in the transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
