Cleveland OH – May 31, 2016 – Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the real estate sale of MCOA & SSC Portfolio, totaling approximately 35,610 rentable square feet (the “Portfolio”). BGL’s Healthcare Real Estate team served as the exclusive advisor to the seller in the transaction.

MCOA & SSC Portfolio consists of one multi-tenant medical office building and one Ambulatory Surgical Center in San Antonio, TX. The Properties offer on average approximately 225,000 residents living within an average of a four-mile radius of the Properties.
