BGL Announces the Real Estate Sale of Dermatology Associates of San Antonio

Cleveland OH – May 5, 2016 – Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the real estate sale of Dermatology Associates of San Antonio totaling approximately 37,000 rentable square feet (the “Properties”). BGL’s Healthcare Real Estate team served as the exclusive advisor to the seller in the transaction.

Dermatology Associates of San Antonio consists of two single-tenant dermatology office buildings totaling 37,000 RSF. The Properties are located on the North Central and Northeast sides of San Antonio along loop 1604, a major highway that surrounds the city and are within close proximity to major hospitals and highly residential areas.
