Daniel A. DiCarro

Dan DiCarro is a Director and senior member of BGL’s Real Estate Advisors team. He has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience in finance, transaction, and private equity-related roles.

Prior to joining BGL, Dan formed his own private equity firm with two other partners to capitalize on the thriving NNN sale/leaseback market. Previously, he was a peripheral land director at DDR Corp., where he was part of a five-member team that sold over $3 billion in stabilized assets over a five-year period; directly sold over $5 million in raw, non-income producing vacant land; and generated over $2 million in new ground lease revenues.
