David J. Silver

David Silver is a director and senior member of BGL’s Services vertical, focusing primarily on Commercial & Residential Services and Industrial & Infrastructure Services. David’s extensive transaction expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, divestitures, strategic alternatives, valuations, and other financial advisory assignments for private, public, and private-equity backed companies.

David began his career at PwC where he was a member of the firm’s Deals Advisory practice, with a specific focus on business valuations, and later transitioned into the firm’s investment banking group, PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance LLC, where he focused on domestic and cross-border middle market M&A.
