David L. Koch
Managing Director
David Koch is a Managing Director with BGL, where he leads the firm’s Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team and co-leads its larger Capital Markets Advisory group. David has more than 23 years of investment banking experience and has spent the majority of his career executing equity and equity-linked transactions across the U.S. and Europe.
David’s career has included experience with IPOs, SPACs, private placements, rights issues, follow-ons, convertible bonds, margin loan financings, and stock buybacks across all sectors and industries.
Prior to joining BGL, David was Head of ECM at GP Bullhound, leading all of the firms’ ECM activity for clients globally, and he was a senior executive in fund sales for the growth equity fund. Previously, David was a Managing Director and Head of Southern Europe ECM Group at Barclays in London. Additionally, his experience includes various roles at Nomura and Lehman Brothers across New York and London.
