Todd R. Cassidy

Managing Director

Todd R. Cassidy is a Managing Director with BGL. In addition to general industrial coverage, Todd leads BGL’s the firm’s Automotive & Aftermarket investment banking group, which includes mergers & acquisitions and capital markets for the on- and off-highway commercial vehicle sectors.

Todd has over 20 years of professional sector experience in middle-market investment banking and industry. Prior to joining BGL, he led the North American Automotive and Aftermarket practice at Raymond James, covering the vehicular supply chain, aftermarket, commercial vehicle, and specialty vehicle markets. His experience also includes nearly 10 years in the Industrials Group at William Blair, where he founded and led the firm’s coverage efforts in its Automotive and Aftermarket Group.

Earlier in his career, Todd held positions in product planning, program management, and engineering at Ford Motor Company, as well as engineering roles at DaimlerChrysler and Boeing.
