BGL Advises Institutional Pharmacy Provider PharMed Corporation in Sale to Investor Group

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) today announced the sale of the institutional pharmacy business of PharMed Corporation (PharMed) to an affiliate of Toledo, Ohio-based Principled Dynamics. Principled Dynamics affiliated companies provide a broad range of drug distribution and pharmacy services, including pharmaceutical repackaging, mail-order pharmacy, and drug wholesaling.

PharMed is a closed-door pharmacy that services skilled nursing facilities, group homes, assisted living facilities, correctional institutions, and home healthcare patients. PharMed is based in Westlake, Ohio.
