BGL Advises Pete & Pete Container Services, Inc. on Acquisition of Boyas Excavating

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce that its client, Pete & Pete Container Services, Inc. (Pete & Pete), has acquired Boyas Excavating, Inc. (Boyas), the largest privately held construction and demolition debris (C&D) landfill in Northeast Ohio. BGL’s Environmental & Industrial Services team served as the exclusive financial advisor to Pete & Pete for the acquisition and financing. Financing for the transaction was provided by Comerica Bank, Huntington Bank, and Ironwood Capital. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
