BGL Announces the Acquisition of Lumitec by Truck-Lite

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lumitec LLC (Lumitec) by Truck-Lite, Co., LLC. BGL’s Diversified Industrials team served as the exclusive financial advisor to Lumitec. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
