BGL Announces the Real Estate Sale of the Clearway Pain Solutions Portfolio

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the real estate sale of the Clearway Pain Solutions Portfolio totaling approximately 32,189 rentable square feet across three buildings (the Properties/the Portfolio) in Pensacola, Florida. BGL’s Healthcare Real Estate team served as consultants to the seller in the transaction.

The Portfolio includes two medical office buildings and one ambulatory surgical center where clinical, surgical, and rehabilitative patient services are provided. The Properties are strategically located in northern Pensacola near major healthcare providers and all within two miles of each other.

Clearway Pain Solutions is a nationally-recognized pain management provider with nearly 100 physicians and clinical practitioners in 39 locations across Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, and Michigan. Eight pain management physicians, nine advanced practitioners, two chiropractors, and one physical therapist serve the Pensacola market.
