BGL Announces the Real Estate Sale of Seaside Ophthalmology

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the real estate sale of Seaside Ophthalmology consisting of approximately 18,937 total rentable square feet. BGL’s Healthcare Investment Sales team served as the exclusive advisor to the seller in the transaction.

Seaside Ophthalmology consists of one single-tenant medical office building conveniently located in Brunswick, Georgia, a major urban and economic center of southeast Georgia. Seaside Ophthalmology, Inc. and Seaside Surgical, LLC (the “Practice” or “Seaside Ophthalmology”) are led by founder and highly trained, board-certified ophthalmologist, Dr. Bonnie Brooks. Seaside Ophthalmology is comprised of four ophthalmologists and three optometrists, and the Practice anticipates bringing on another cataract surgeon in Spring 2020. The Brunswick location features an ASC that is equipped with the most advanced ophthalmic surgical equipment and instrumentation available and is staffed with board-certified anesthesia, nursing, and technical staff.
