BGL Announces the Sale of Chemtron Corporation

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the sale of Chemtron Corporation (Chemtron) to Kinderhook Industries, LLC (Kinderhook), a New York-based private equity firm. BGL’s Environmental & Industrial Services team served as the exclusive financial advisor to Chemtron in the transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
