BGL Announces the Sale of EPS of Vermont to Miller Environmental Group

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the sale of Environmental Products & Services of Vermont, Inc. (EPS) to Miller Environmental Group (MEG). MEG is owned by GenNx360 Capital Partners, a New York City–based private equity firm focused on acquiring middle-market business services and industrial companies. BGL’s Environmental & Industrial Services team served as the exclusive financial advisor to EPS in the transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
