BGL’s Healthcare & Life Sciences team served as the exclusive financial advisor to Quest Analytics in the transaction. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
This transaction builds on BGL’s ongoing activity in the payer services and data analytics sector. BGL has completed transactions across the cost containment, benefit administration, data analytics, compliance, and transaction processing spectrum, and worked with virtually all categories of payers.
Quest Analytics, based in Appleton, WI and co-founded in 2003 by David H. Hill and John P. Weis, is a leader in health plan provider network management software and services. Mr. Hill and Mr. Weis will remain active in the business and will retain a substantial minority ownership stake in the company.
