Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the sale of TRUGLO, Inc. (TRUGLO) to GSM Outdoors (GSM). BGL’s Consumer Group served as the exclusive financial advisor to TRUGLO in the process. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

In addition, TRUGLO’s fast-growing outdoor gear eCommerce business provides significant growth opportunities and represents another core area of focus for BGL’s Consumer Group.
