BGL Announces the Shareholder Buyout of C&K Industrial Services, Inc.

Cleveland – October 16, 2017 – Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the shareholder buyout of C&K Industrial Services, Inc. (“C&K” or the “Company”).  BGL’s Environmental & Industrial Services team served as the financial advisor to C&K in the transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Cleveland, OH, C&K is a premier Midwest-based provider of a suite of industrial services, including vacuuming, water blasting, wastewater infrastructure and pipeline maintenance, and specialized site services.  The Company is a trusted and tenured partner tenured partner to a growing number of premier public utility, metals and metal processors, manufacturers, engineering firms, and municipalities.  C&K operates out of eight facilities located across Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania that serve as hubs for serving its customers.
