BGL Real Estate Partners Announces the Sale of Mississippi Coast Endoscopy & Ambulatory Surgery Center and Meridian Surgery Center

Chicago, IL – February 21, 2018 – Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the real estate sale of Mississippi Coast Endoscopy & Ambulatory Surgery Center and Meridian Surgery Center, which combined, total approximately 33,700 square feet. BGL’s Healthcare Investment Sales team served as the exclusive advisor to the sellers in the transaction.

The Mississippi Coast Endoscopy & Ambulatory Surgery Center, which consists of approximately 18,500 rentable square feet, is a multi-specialty center located in Pascagoula, Mississippi. The medical office building and state-of-the-art surgery center serves as a strategic outpatient location for the practicing physicians and Singing River Health System, a county-owned community health system of Jackson County, Mississippi.

Meridian Surgery Center and the connected affiliated medical office building, consisting of approximately 15,193 rentable square feet, is located adjacent to the 215-bed Rush Foundation Hospital and the 400-bed Anderson Regional Medical Center North, providing convenient access and outpatient care for the residents of East Central Mississippi and West Central Alabama.
