BGL Real Estate Partners Announces the Sale of the Desert Valley Pediatrics Portfolio

Cleveland, OH – September 12, 2018 – Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the sale of the Desert Valley Pediatrics Portfolio totaling approximately 17,052 rentable square feet across three (3) buildings (the “Properties” or “Portfolio”) in the Northwest Valley and Southwest Valley of Phoenix, AZ. BGL’s Healthcare Investment Sales team served as the exclusive advisor to the sellers in the transaction.

The Portfolio is net-leased to Desert Valley Pediatrics and consists of one (1) freestanding medical office building located in Phoenix, one (1) condominium located in Goodyear, and one (1) condominium located in Surprise, providing exceptional regional access. The Portfolio is strategically located and bolstered by several medical centers in the area, including the 172-bed Banner Estrella Medical Center, the 179-bed Abrazo West Campus, and the 404-bed Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center. The Phoenix- Mesa-Scottsdale Metropolitan Statistical Area is the 12th largest in the country, with approximately 4.7 million residents.

Established in 1987, Desert Valley Pediatrics serves the West Valley of Phoenix with five (5) separate locations and twenty-six (26) physicians. The Portfolio is comprised of twenty-two (22) examination rooms in West Valley, eleven (11) examination rooms in Goodyear, and seven (7) examination rooms in Surprise.
