Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), a leading independent investment bank and financial advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Peter Hill as a new Managing Director in its Professional Services practice. Peter brings extensive merger and acquisition and capital markets experience to the firm, with deep knowledge in the overall Professional Services sector, including business process outsourcing, contact center services, facilities management, human capital management, and other related outsourced services.

Prior to joining BGL, Peter served as Managing Director and Head of Business Services at Mufson Howe Hunter & Company, LLC. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Head of Business Services at Stifel and its predecessor firm, Legg Mason. Prior to Stifel, Peter was an investment banker at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. Peter holds his Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses, and is a member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. He attended the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, and earned his B.A., cum laude, from Middlebury College.
