Brown Gibbons Lang & Company Hires Four More Investment Bankers

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (“BGL”), a leading middle market investment banking firm, is pleased to announce it has added four talented investment banking professionals to its growing team. “It is an exciting time for BGL. We needed to increase our staff to maintain the level of quality services we promise our clients,” said Mike Gibbons, Senior Managing Director and Principal. “And we aren’t done yet.”

Joining the firm’s Cleveland office as an associate is Effram Kaplan who recently completed his MBA at the University of Chicago. Lydia Kosc and Justin Jow join Cleveland as senior analysts. Prior to joining BGL, Lydia was in the Energy Investment Banking group at Keybanc Capital Markets. Justin was most recently an investment banking analyst in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions and Global Natural Resources group at J.P. Morgan Securities.

Joining the firm’s Chicago office as an analyst is Mickey Arabelovic, formerly a corporate and investment banking analyst with Keybanc Capital Markets. “We are always in the market for the right people to help us serve our clients and impact the growth objectives of our firm,” said Scott Lang, Senior Managing Director and Principal. “Expect us to continue adding experienced professionals in Chicago and in new markets as well.” Also in Chicago, BGL continues to acknowledge the contributions of its current banking professionals and has promoted Steve Miles to Managing Director.
