Headquartered in Beckley, West Virginia, Whitecap Waste is one of the leading regional providers of solid waste collection services in West Virginia and provides residential, commercial, and roll-off waste collection services to over 30,000 customers throughout Southern West Virginia. Whitecap Waste was founded in 2020 to create a regional solid waste platform and quickly consolidated three local solid waste companies: Beckley Garbage, Oak Hill Garbage, and Dave’s Sanitation. The company, led by President Michael Schmidt, aims to continue to expand its geographic footprint and improve operations in order to better serve the West Virginia community.
